2016 Planning Resources


Thanks for registering!  If you really want to rock 2016, the worksheets below are just for you.  Simple to execute, yet powerful, they'll have you setting clear goals and direction for 2016.  Bring it on!


Tip #1 worksheet: the circle of life.  

Complete this exercise twice.  The first time, think about how you feel about each section in 2015.  Are you satisfied with where you are at?  A dot close to the centre = dissatisfied, toward the edge of the circle = very satisfied.  Then I want you to do the exercise again but focus on where you want to be by the end of 2016.  This tells you which areas of your life need the most attention and will allow you to set strong goals for 2016.  Happy planning!

Tip #2: Work WITH your personality to get the best results.

We all have inherent personality traits.  The key to achieving your goals is working with your traits not against them.  Head on over to www.gretchenrubin.com and take the habits quiz.  This will give you the foundation for the types of goals you need to set.

Now that you know the areas of your life you wish to work on, and you've got an idea of the inherent personality type you are working with, you can begin to define your goals.  Use the intentions worksheet to outline your goals for a memorable 2016.
